We had tons of mold issues & their was dog waste everywhere.

Apartment in nice area and nice size. General maintenance not completed, hallways and entryways are not kept up, paint needed. Courtyard area is not usable for general use as it is completely a dog relief area, so no usable family area yard. Higher rent, nice apartment, poor upkeep, and forget your deposit. They will not return. The noise from other apartments is REALLY loud! Not worth money

Beautiful apartment but after living there for three years (non-smokers and no dogs) our security deposit was used for painting apartment and a light cleaning as described in receipt of costs. As per Pa rental laws a security deposit should not be used for such. So beware when you move in you will not receive your security deposit back. Also a great deal of noise through floors.
Very nice looking apartments.
