Spacious, Clean, Transit Access & Parking

I love the apartment I stay in with my 2 roomies it is very spacious and brand new. Cleaners come biweekly to maintain and the 66 bus is a ten minute walk up the road into the city and main strip where liquor stores, karaoke, grocery stores gyms and weed dispensaries are. There is a garage for all residents available so you don't have to shovel out your car in the snow :)

Staff are extremely helpful. Chris in management and Edgar in maintenance stand out as folks who actively look for ways to help residents, and they go the extra mile! I love how climate-conscious the building is, and the many comfortable and useful common areas — the rooftop deck being my favorite, but the co-working spaces are also much appreciated. And it’s so great if you use cycling to get around the city — there’s a locked indoor bike room and Blue Bikes station on premises. A really great ...
