Spacious, Clean, Transit Access & Parking
July 16, 2024I love the apartment I stay in with my 2 roomies it is very spacious and brand new. Cleaners come biweekly to maintain and the 66 bus is a ten minute walk up the road into the city and main strip where liquor stores, karaoke, grocery stores gyms and weed dispensaries are. There is a garage for all residents available so you don't have to shovel out your car in the snow :)Property Manager Responded

Compact, plush urban living — great staff!
June 10, 2024Staff are extremely helpful. Chris in management and Edgar in maintenance stand out as folks who actively look for ways to help residents, and they go the extra mile! I love how climate-conscious the building is, and the many comfortable and useful common areas — the rooftop deck being my favorite, but the co-working spaces are also much appreciated. And it’s so great if you use cycling to get around the city — there’s a locked indoor bike room and Blue Bikes station on premises.
