Great apartment complex. Close to downtown Pottsville but is quiet. Landlords are very nice and always answer in a timely manner if any problems!

About 529 S Centre St
The building is historic dating back to the mid 1800s. Original owner, Robert Ramsey was the founder of the Miners Journal, a newspaper in Pottsville. The home was converted to apartments in the early 1900s. The building has plenty of charm with the large windows, stained glass, high ceilings and crown molding. We offer a package deal. Tenant only pays the electric (PPL) cable and internet. Owner pays heat, water, sewer, trash and cooking gas. There is a shared laundry room included in the rent. One bedroom first floor unit will be available 6/01/25
