April 18, 2026Upon moving in, I noticed a slight leak in the washers seal, took maintenance under 24 hours to come out and get it fixed! Every staff member I have spoken to on the team has been very helpful even with my questions were repetitive!Property Manager Responded

April 5, 2026I’ve only been here at 53 West for 2 days, but I believe I am going to like living here. Everyone in the office are very friendly and helpful. I’ve had the opportunity to meet a few of my neighbors and they have all been welcoming. One of my neighbors even helped unload my furniture. I currently have a broken ankle and I am limited in what I can do, as far as moving things in. My apartment was very clean for the walkthrough as well.Property Manager Responded
