Overall , 53 West is a great place to live. Sometimes the package room situation can get a little frustrating….and I don’t like to think about how it will be with a third set of apartments opening soon. The most frustrating thing though is the parking!!! OMG!!! It’s horrible!! The maintenance staff is wonderful. They come asap when you submit a work order and they maintain our grounds wonderfully! It’s safe here and that’s the best feeling in the world!

There are a lot of friendly people around. The bad thing is people taking their pets out but not cleaning up after them. I also love that there is a car care station because I hate having to ga to a car wash to clean out my car.

Upon moving in, I noticed a slight leak in the washers seal, took maintenance under 24 hours to come out and get it fixed!
Every staff member I have spoken to on the team has been very helpful even with my questions were repetitive!

I’ve only been here at 53 West for 2 days, but I believe I am going to like living here. Everyone in the office are very friendly and helpful. I’ve had the opportunity to meet a few of my neighbors and they have all been welcoming. One of my neighbors even helped unload my furniture. I currently have a broken ankle and I am limited in what I can do, as far as moving things in. My apartment was very clean for the walkthrough as well.
