Small space with full size amenities

Sweet, well located, well-built little apartments, with efficient HVAC for low utility bills. Sound isolating walls keep it surprisingly quiet for a building with a lot of tenants in a relatively small envelope. I’ve been here six months and the management has been responsive to work requests and other communication. All well worth the rent. The only drawback is that it's on a one-lane street next door to an elementary school so, if you drive, plan ahead to avoid being stuck 10-15 minutes waiting ...
for busses and parents dropping off or picking up mornings and mid-afternoons.
