German Roaches
June 28, 2024Been stuck here two years. German roaches EVERYWHERE. They will have pest control come after weeks, and it will solve nothing. They’re in the walls, stairwells & hallways. Run away unless you enjoy leaving lights on and covering drains on vacations.Review from Apartments.com
Great Apartment
November 18, 2023We have lived here for about a year now. This is a great apartment, and we have no complaints! The few times that we have had to had maintenance fix something, they have gone above and beyond and responded that day or the next day and fixed the issues. They are also very friendly and trust worthy. The office staff is always very on top of things, plan a lot of fun events for the apartment community, and are always so helpful and nice! Great Place To Live
November 16, 2023We moved here 5 months ago. The staff are all friendly and helpful. When you have a problem that needs fixing maintenance comes to repair your issue. They have several special events that gives you an opportunity to meet fellow residents and socialize with everyone. My floor seems very quiet. I am not bothered with the noise from the other apartments. I find this an excellent place to live.Property Manager Responded

Nice Living Space
July 27, 2023I just moved in. The apartment was move in ready. Julyenne was very responsive to my questions and concerns. The process was seamless. The process of moving is always a challenge. The 5300 Team helped make the transition so much easier by having everything in place, clean and every worker was friendly and ready to offer help. Thanks to the staff for all the assistance! Just moved in!!
May 27, 2023In the short amount of time that I’ve been here, I really appreciate the convenience of everything, having a trash room on every floor so taking your trash out is just a walk down the hall. The gym is very nice and has every machine you could think of using. The gym was a huge deciding factor for me. Not only that, but the warming welcome I felt by the wonderful Ms.Julyenne. When she showed me the place I fell in love. Anytime I’ve had a question I’ve been met with very fast response time and ...solution. Do not recommend
November 15, 2021These apartments have a lot of potential to be great. The maintenance staff has been very quick to resolve any plumbing and appliance issues we've come across. We like the location too, it's too bad we won't be renewing our lease. When we signed a lease in a non-smoking building, we didn't expect management would be complacent with our apartment reeking of weed from our neighbor. They personally confirmed where the smell of weed is coming from too, yet still refuse to take action. HORRIBLE
October 30, 2021Had some upstair vampire neighbors move in. The floors are paper thin. I haven't gotten sleep in over a week. I can hear every syllable of every word spoken. Every door slammed, every step 2-3am most nights I am being woken up. This place has horrible acoustics, and is not in ANY way "luxury" as they love to repeatedly throw out their. They do NOT care about the wellbeing of tenants. I am falling asleep on meeting calls it's robbed me of sleep. Oh and not too long ago a resident tried burning the ...place down.
