The price fit my budget
October 20, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI finally got hardwood floors, I know that sounds crazy but I have been looking for an affordable place that had them. Not only that, but they even upgraded my kitchen for me, so I got brand new appliances. The price fit my budget and the building fit my personality. It’s close to whatever you think you would need and the L is just down the street. Clean, friendly, and a great location, that’s a win in my book.

September 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe building manager is great, the neighborhood is pretty nice and the rent is reasonable. However, the top floors tend to get really hot during the summer and the AC units have a hard time keeping up, and it can get pretty expensive. The elevators also seldom work properly.
