After all these years, the staff consistently go above and beyond to enhance our living experience, and their dedication shows in every detail. The front office team and maintenance crew are not only friendly but genuinely client-focused and approachable. Special shoutout to the maintenance staff—they are consistently courteous, prompt, and efficient, whether it's replacing a ...lightbulb or fixing a dryer. The clubhouse and surrounding property are immaculate and beautifully maintained. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or grilling with friends, and the views add an extra touch of serenity. Our apartment is spacious, with generous storage and screened balconies that make a significant difference. They have garages also. Plus, everything you need is just around the corner—restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, grocery stores, and more. August 23, 2025I moved to Jacksonville 2 years ago and found 54 magnolia after tour a few other places. The staff is friendly the neighbor is quiet and safe and very pet friendly. There is place to to walk near the water and a dog park. If you like to walk like I do you have plenty of of restaurants only a short walk away.Property Manager Responded
