After all these years, the staff consistently go above and beyond to enhance our living experience, and their dedication shows in every detail. The front office team and maintenance crew are not only friendly but genuinely client-focused and approachable. Special shoutout to the maintenance staff—they are consistently courteous, prompt, and efficient, whether it's replacing a ...lightbulb or fixing a dryer. The clubhouse and surrounding property are immaculate and beautifully maintained. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing or grilling with friends, and the views add an extra touch of serenity. Our apartment is spacious, with generous storage and screened balconies that make a significant difference. They have garages also. Plus, everything you need is just around the corner—restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, grocery stores, and more. September 22, 2025I wanted to move closer to the Tinsletown/Town Center area, and when reviewing apartments in the area, I kept coming back to 54 Magnolia as an option. I was impressed by the cost of rent and associated fees and once I toured a few of the units, I knew that this was the place I wanted to live. I love how the property is well cared for & love my apartment too!!! August 23, 2025I moved to Jacksonville 2 years ago and found 54 magnolia after tour a few other places. The staff is friendly the neighbor is quiet and safe and very pet friendly. There is place to to walk near the water and a dog park. If you like to walk like I do you have plenty of of restaurants only a short walk away.Property Manager Responded

Best Place Ever!!!
August 20, 2025I’ve lived in a few different communities, and this one has definitely been my favorite. Everything is kept clean, well-maintained, and just has a really comfortable homey feel.
