June 24, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWhile moving in I got a call asking if I put anything in the bedroom yet. They let me know that they did not clean the carpets. On move in day I had to move everything out of my bedroom and have them clean the floors. Then wait 24 hours to put anything in the bedroom. But nothing was clean. The unit I was shown was nice. But this unit has a gross shower/ tub that I hate using even after I cleaned it. This is not a luxury apartment. Little details like missing the backs of light remotes. The AC ...was out on move in day. The toilet had been used and not flushed. I have had to submit several work orders. Maintenance is great and quick to respond. But its always something. Replaced tub faucet, that they wanted to wait to repair until I said I’m not paying my water bill if water is running out of it and they are not fixing it. That motivated them because if its my money no problem. If it’s there money, its a problem. My oven smoked and they said it’s just the cleaning chemicals they used on it. It was setting off my smoke alarm. I don’t want to breathe that. They came to clean the chemicals off after I insisted because it is a health concern. My sliding door didn’t lock upon moving in. And my front door is one where you need 2 hands to unlock it because you need to pull it into alignment. And sun comes through the door as it’s not a tight seal. I came home from Vacation on a Sunday to my AC being out. Maintenance responded right away with 2 portable ac units. Running them both tripped the power and neither of them were enough to properly cool my apartment. I had to stay at a friend’s until it was fixed. My apartment was hot and miserable even with the temporary plug in ac units going. Although they had it replaced management told me if it took more that 3 days they would get me a hotel room. There was no communication, it took more than 3 days. I was not given a hotel room. The lady at the office said she didn’t have time to speak to me about my issues and would not schedule a time to do so. She told me I had to send an email. I sent an email and after a week still no response.Read More

August 4, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comTwo stars for location. Multiple issues and some large. Maintenance Manager was sent, he down played it all as normal and no big deal. - Sink faucet has a hose that’s has rust and was chewed apart with rust and calcium. -The sink itself pulls off the counter in the back -tub was painted white and is now unusable due to it having paint melting into the water anytime we try and it’s for our 5 year old. - one bathroom was used and not flushed for so long that the solids had molded. Has broken ...sanitized lanyard. Other toilet have black marks everywhere and cocking dyed by urine. - clearly had a flood and dogs because instead of fixing it, he painted over the damage that was mixed with dog fur. - floor are so bad our feet turned black walking on it when we never brought shoes in (maintenance tried to play off as wax) - neighbor said someone was living there right before we moved in which would check out with how dirty it was. - microwave was filthy. I was informed by an employee that the leasing manager was aware of the roach infestation in the vacant apartment that was rented to me prior to it being rented. I was shown an upstairs apartment but was rented a first floor. The rules and restrictions that the leasing office places on the renters are ridiculous! I am in a 14 month contract being over priced. Had to essentially get rid of a pest control problem myself. Unfortunately there is one bad apple in the bunch and thatnis the Manager Mari. The most unpleasent person to deal with. NOT a good experience dealing with her. April 21, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe community is quiet, and the neighbors keep to themselves. I’d give it 5 stars but lately the maintenance has been lacking. There’s lots of trash everywhere and the dumpsters have become unkempt. The part that allured me to these apartments was that it was gated, but the gates stay open all night and people can wander in. Pet owners don’t really clean up after themselves either, I’ve accidentally stepped on pets excrement a few times.Property Manager Responded
