Big for a 1br
August 9, 2015Elevator building. Laundry in the basement. Apartment is quite large for a one bedroom/ one bathroom. Large Bedroom, very large living room and kitchen. Kitchen isn't updated (no stainless steel appliances), but everything is in good shape. Landlord and super are responsive and there are no noisy neighbors. Apartments are being renovated when vacated, so newly vacated ones could be updated. Neighborhood is great (irish bars/food everywhere), and the building is right across from the metronorth ...(not noisy though).. only 30 minutes to grand central. Bus stop is right outside that can take you to the 4 train also.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
