The gym equipment is broken, the gates do not work, there is a fallen lamp post in the shrubs that has not been removed, there is a constant beeping in the building for the elevator that has not been fixed in 6 months. Living here is not worth the high rent cost

The apartments themselves are fine, but the community is plagued by poor management, unresponsive staff, overflowing trash, filthy common areas, and constant gate and fob issues. Maintenance requires multiple visits for the same problems, and residents are fined quickly while real issues go unresolved. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and not worth the cost
