Beautiful property in the heart of north Portland. Super convenient to i5, and countless walkable amenities. Well maintained with a great community of other tenants, this would be a perfect spot for a young professional or a small family.

This place is great. The spaces all have updated kitchens and new washer and dryer that’s shared. There’s a shared bike garage, and the only utility tenants pay for is electricity.

This complex is such a gem! I moved in about 6 years ago, and I’ve never had issues.
The landlord is responsive, fastidious and kind. There are only 6 units, which fosters a quiet atmosphere with the opportunity for friendly connection with our neighbors.
The green space in front and back is a bonus, as well as the basement and free laundry.
I couldn’t recommend it more, just be prepared for someone knocking on your door with extra muffins!
