New Management Making Changes!

I’ve lived in the building for a little over four years and the new management has made great changes. They are redoing and upgrading a lot of the apartments; mine was one. They also repaired the outside cosmetically and I think it’s more aesthetically appealing. The neighbors are typical in a building complex, most are very nice and are willing to help if they see you with bags and stuff. I planned to stay for a year at first but the public transit, and nearby stores were always a plus.

If you are looking for a place to live where the landlord does not care about anything but collecting your hard earned money..here ya go!!! Roaches, mice, rats and bedbugs all will be YOUR NEW ROOMMATES!!! No parking, no laundry, dumpy and non updated since the building was built. Management is HORRIBLE and only is concerned with money. They are NOT willing to put money into the building. I highly recommend you look elsewhere!!!! Trust me...you CAN do better than this dump!!!

Hi, my name is Stephanie mata. I am 19 years old. My boyfriend and I live in a one bedroom apartment in a 20 apartment complex. We have a puppy and recently had a baby. The apartment was cozy when it was just me and my boyfriend but not we are just crowded! The reason why I gave my current apartment one star rating is because my landlord told me there was NO roaches but there is! I found one crawling up my baby's crib! Yuck.; also the bathroom is always leaking, the neighbors are always fighting ...
outside and there is graffiiti every were on the walls which makes it extremely embarassing to have people over. The only reason why we moved here is because that's all we could afford and we wanted to live in our own apartment for when the baby would arrive.
