It boasts the perfect blend of the charm one expects from a vintage building, with the advantages of a modern rehab. The building has hardwood floors throughout both its studios (which feature large walk-in closets and separate kitchen and dining areas) and its one bedroom units. Many units also include porches. Public transportation access is a breeze with Red Line and bus stops just a hop, skip and a jump, but you don't have to venture far to enjoy many neighborhood restaurants or beautiful parks nearby - Bromann, Mellin and Senn Park, to name a few! The Building Superintendents live on-site and have earned a great reputation with their residents. In a recent survey, one 5552 Lakewood resident had this to say, I have lived in many rental properties, but our building is the first one that feels like home. I enjoy coming from work and walking our cozy street right to the nice little courtyard. Our management team is very friendly and always ready to go above and beyond to make sure that our little community is happy and safe. Just like home.
