Worst place to live. Don't rent here
February 4, 2018Out of all the places I have lived, thus by far has to be the worst. The landlord here doesn't care about anything but the money. When something needs to be fixed he won't take care of it unless he gets paid and even after your rent is in he either tries to find a cheap way to fix it or won't make the effort to fix it at all. When we first moved in we were assured that the carpet would be replaced and that everything would be cleaned. We moved in with dirty tore us carpet,our oven looked as if it ...hadn't been clean since the last tenant moved out. The floor hadn't been mopped nor replaced and the Entire house was filthy. Dust and dirt everywhere. We literally had to clean the house top to bottom. There is also a huge drug problem in this complex. Most of the people who live here sell, use or both Meth and other drugs Meth usually. There is no peace whatsoever and it especially isn't a safe place to live if you have children. This place is such a bad place to live at. I would rather pay higher rent than live here. If you want a nice place where you feel comfortable don't move here you'll get jipped big time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
