I pay a lot in rent, and for my heat not to work is unacceptable. Their solution was to give me a cheap portable heater to warm up my room. If this doesn't tell you what kind of building this is, then good luck living here. I was asleep when they dropped off the heater in my apartment, which means they think it's okay to enter without respecting privacy and safety. In conclusion, the building management doesn't care about its residents, and the building is absolutely terrible. I would think twice before moving here because they obviously won't address their roach and heating problems. I still live here, but I plan on breaking my lease right away.
