That said, the beach is gorgeous, but they also host weddings there sometimes - however, you can walk along the beach to the left, and it extends to a public beach which is lovely too, and you’ll always have access there. There is one little semi-workaround if you really want a pool; you can book a spa treatment at the Grand Traverse Resort, and you’ll receive access to the pool and facilities for the rest of the day. Just request the code to access the pool/locker rooms, and you’ll be able to use their indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, etc. You also already have access to their shops, restaurants, and golf. ??
