MBA Apartments are TERRIBLE
May 23, 2022Worst Apartments I have ever lived in! Management is non-existent; maintenance is a bunch of drunk dudes who go through your property! I have cam footage! Cockroachs everywhere, management does minimal to at least say they're trying. Neighbors are disrespectful & calling the police does absolutely nothing! 56th Street Loft & Apartments: HUGE mistake moving here.
August 15, 2015This is by far the WORST place, I have ever lived. I don't even know where to begin with all the problems I've had. Maintenance is a joke, management is a joke: and the type of people that live around here are sketchy. Rules are never followed. People drink alcohol, smoke, eat and liter at the pool; and there is never anyone here in the office to enforce the rules/policies. People park wherever they want, and nothing is ever done, b/c no one is ever in the office. Communication between ...management and maintenance is non-existent.
