    Good Price, Bad Neighborhood

    I pay $1000 a month for a 2BR, 1 1/2 Bath apartment. Upstairs, downstairs, washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, garbage disposal, allows pets. You will not find an apartment with those types of amenities ANYWHERE ELSE in Anchorage. The place is managed by Nova Property Management. They are not the best property management company. It seems like as long as you pay your rent, they don't care. The neighborhood I live in is not great. It seems like the cops are here every other day, lots ...
    of noise, I've filed several complaints about my current neighbors and the amount of noise they keep up, they still live here. So if you can put up with a lot of noise and chaos, the price is pretty much worth it if you are looking for something cheap.
