Great place to be if you don't mind a lot of noise from the streets, are empathetic towards the plight of the homeless people and drug addicts who crowd the front of the building all the time, and like to buy your goods locally instead of ordering stuff online. Also, you'll need your own AC unit, but once you have it, the rooms are comfy, and when the forest fires kick up each year the windows are well sealed and keep the worst of the smoke out really well. Terrible move out experience

I lived there less than 6 months because I lost my job. I left it in perfect condition and they charged me 800.00 in cleaning and painting fees. I had taken pictures upon move out for insurance, appealed twice with said pictures and they gave me no proof or explanation of the charges. This is nothing less than theft. Very disappointed renter.

I've lived here for about 6 years and have overall found it a terrific place. Office and maintenance staff are terrific, responsive and dedicated, apartment is spacious and has great natural light, and the location is awesome - upstairs from a MAX station and on several bus lines, yet mostly residential and fairly quiet. I've lived in a lot of apartment buildings and this one ranks high.
