Absolute crap
March 25, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI am currently a tenant in this place and let me tell you. I could not be more disgusted with this place. The management and maintenance is so poor and they cut so many corners I question if my kids are even safe in this apartment. There is mold growing under my dining room linoleum floor. When we first came for a showing a year ago they showed us this amazing remodeled apartment. And when we went to move in. The apartment we got was disgusting. Cheap old carpet. All the flooring should’ve been ...replaced years ago. And that coming from a professional flooring installer that I had come look at them. This apartment has been falling apart from closet shelves collapsing, to draws literally falling to pieces and as soon as we notify the owner about it they make us feel like pests and don’t get to fix the problem for weeks. I can barely cook food in my kitchen because the kitchen appliances are so outdated. My stove and oven is literally falling apart. And now we are being illegally evicted for having a dog in my car for a night because my mom has a stroke and couldn’t keep the dog and it knocked her over and now she needs surgery.
