Absolutely love living here. Been here for 3 years and genuinely can’t say enough good things. Location is ideal and so walkable. I haven’t once had any noise issues or been able to hear my neighbors. Maintenance is super timely and always nice. Great spot and highly recommend!

I’ve been here for three months, and it’s easily my favorite apartment complex in my five years of renting. The building is very clean and quiet, especially compared to other downtown apartments, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Cassie was so kind helping me when the printer was acting up, and anytime I’ve had a question (like adding a roommate or car), the team has responded quickly and clearly, often within minutes.

I moved into the property about two months ago after signing the lease site unseen - didn't really know what I was getting into but the apartment was better than what was shown in the pictures The location is great being walking distance from Zilker/Barton Springs, great bars (Dons, Deep eddys, and mean eyed cat) and in between some grocery stores Wish there was a way to opt out of the garbage valet service since im never home in time for it but its not an outrageous fee Leasing staff is ...

Great location! Amazing staff. Property is right downtown so there are always "questionable" individuals roaming around but if you remember to lock your apartment and keep your car clean you're fine. Never an issue for me!

I’ve lived in this building for almost 4 years now in the same apartment, and I absolutely love it here! The Leasing Office is always open and a life person is available when needed, and the maintenance service here is top-notch. Other tenants are extremely respectful and private, making my apartment a lovely, safe, and peaceful environment. I can’t imagine living any place else!

I have lived at 5th Street for almost 2 years now and have loved living here. The location is very conveniently located to downtown and the walking trail. The community is very quiet, which is a positive. Maintenance and management have been responsive and helpful with any issues that have come up. I would be aware that there is a train that goes past fairly often, but the building does a good job of blocking the noise. The gym is on the smaller side but has all of the essentials. Coming up on second and likely last year here. What has kept me mainly is the convenience of this area. Downtown & trail is a 10-15 minute walk and being adjacent to mopac but barely north of the river makes it easy to be anywhere(especially west). The management keeps up but isn't especially great. High fees on services that aren't really relevant like trash pickup(no one uses) is a headscratcher. Would be nice if leasing office ever had their lights on as well for key replacements, etc. But ...
overall best value for location by far. If you want to be within 5 minutes of downtown for under 1.5-2k a room this is it besides the occasional Clarksville bungalow. Oh and get used to the train that runs in between ceasar and 5th at any hour of the day...
