The building is very clean and quiet, especially compared to other downtown apartments, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Great apartment experience
September 29, 2025I moved into the property about two months ago after signing the lease site unseen - didn't really know what I was getting into but the apartment was better than what was shown in the pictures The location is great being walking distance from Zilker/Barton Springs, great bars (Dons, Deep eddys, and mean eyed cat) and in between some grocery stores Wish there was a way to opt out of the garbage valet service since im never home in time for it but its not an outrageous fee Leasing staff is ...kind and professional - same with the maintenance.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Location
March 9, 2025I have lived at 5th Street for almost 2 years now and have loved living here. The location is very conveniently located to downtown and the walking trail. The community is very quiet, which is a positive. Maintenance and management have been responsive and helpful with any issues that have come up. I would be aware that there is a train that goes past fairly often, but the building does a good job of blocking the noise. The gym is on the smaller side but has all of the essentials. I have had no ...issues with parking. I would recommend living here to anyone who wants to be close to downtown, but not directly in it.Property Manager Responded

March 5, 2025Coming up on second and likely last year here. What has kept me mainly is the convenience of this area. Downtown & trail is a 10-15 minute walk and being adjacent to mopac but barely north of the river makes it easy to be anywhere(especially west). The management keeps up but isn't especially great. High fees on services that aren't really relevant like trash pickup(no one uses) is a headscratcher. Would be nice if leasing office ever had their lights on as well for key replacements, etc. But ...overall best value for location by far. If you want to be within 5 minutes of downtown for under 1.5-2k a room this is it besides the occasional Clarksville bungalow. Oh and get used to the train that runs in between ceasar and 5th at any hour of the day...Property Manager Responded
