Moved in a couple of months ago for a sky high price, but they take care of everything. Maybe it will pay for itself. Nope. Upon move in, my carpets were ripped and disgusting, all my appliances were filthy and smelly, the bathrooms were dirty and had mildew, toilet probably had never been cleaned in a year, my front door was crooked and air came right through, etc etc etc. Thank goodness for their ever so helpful and friendly ...
maintenance manager. Now my dishwasher backed up in the hoses. My sink smelled like a garbage dump. Speaking of garbage, you will have a lovely morning wake up call between 6-7 when the garbage pick up arrives and dumps/slams 2-4 dumpsters up and back down like a demolition truck.
To be fair, after 4 months and jumping through hoops the carpets will be taken care of. I’m getting a new dishwasher.
I expected the unit to be used, but for the price i also expected cleanliness. This was unsanitary which is really a requirement of leasing. Moral of the story: So not worth the price. Lovely management but shame on the corporation.
