April 25, 2025Great place to live. Walking distance to ATC downtown. There is a host of other activities at the apartment complex that fosters a sense of community by allowing you to engage with the other residents. The pool and gym are a plus to living here.Property Manager Responded

March 24, 2025“I recently renewed my lease primarily because of the apartment’s convenient location. However, I’m disappointed that a stained mirror in my unit has not been replaced since I moved in. Additionally, there are no perks or incentives for renewing tenants, which would have been appreciated. The pool is also closed for a significant portion of the year, limiting its use. While the location works for me, I wish the management would be more responsive to concerns and improve amenities.”Property Manager Responded

February 19, 2025I love the sense of community between the social events offered as well as the prompt service of the management office. However, I took off one star because I feel that a fraction of the other units don't respect the property as much as they should. It's a gorgeous and enriching building and should be treated as such. September 10, 2024There have been a lot of pool issues recently as well as fire alarm going off. The office doesn’t reply to emails well but are only open during work time when I can’t come in due to having a job.Property Manager Responded
