July 29, 2025I was hesitant about moving in because the office was busy prior to my move in date and it was hard to get an email response back. They did however pick up the phone every time I called, and tried their best to answer any questions I had. not the smoothest experience
July 26, 2025The turnover in the office is really fast, I rarely recognize people after six months. There are a ton of random charges you dont have a choice about paying, even if you don't use the service (trash valet, spectrum cable). Finally, inconvenient things are constantly happening. They randomly deactivated our fobs this week while everybody was at work. We've experienced fire alarms several times at 2am due to electrical problems. The AC in the gym breaks down every few weeks.
