June 30, 2025I have just moved in and love the apartment and all the amenities, however, the lease move in process was not as smooth as it should have been. I had to follow up regarding having my lease sent to me, which should have been already done. Additionally, when I arrived I still had to do several steps in the process which could have already been done before the move in with proper instructions. March 24, 2025“I recently renewed my lease primarily because of the apartment’s convenient location. However, I’m disappointed that a stained mirror in my unit has not been replaced since I moved in. Additionally, there are no perks or incentives for renewing tenants, which would have been appreciated. The pool is also closed for a significant portion of the year, limiting its use. While the location works for me, I wish the management would be more responsive to concerns and improve amenities.”Property Manager Responded
