The elevator here is broken about 80% of the time, if you're on a high floor prepare to hate your life. One thing they don't tell you? All the apartments use electric heat, and not only does it not keep up on cold days but its also insanely expensive to run. My power bill was over 180 dollars in December. There is paper thin insulation between floors, which is great, since my upstairs neighbors apparently do not sleep, ever so i can hear them walk around all the time.
The property manager here ...
is a nice guy, but they really need to drop the rent here with the problems this place has.
-the other reviewer is right, everyone steals packages here, i only have things sent to work after the 3rd one was stolen. It's probably because you only need a four digit code to get in, that THEY NEVER EVER CHANGE. Make sure you get renters insurance if you do move in.
