Maintenance is terrible, management is terrible and the tenants are terrible. Come only if seriously DESPERATE.
First of all, management will NOT fix any of your complaints regarding disrespectful tenants. They will simply send a text message to everyone about the rules on the contract, and that's it. Place is filled with pests. Ants if you're lucky or roaches if you're not, no matter how clean you have your apartment. The whole complex smells like weed everyday. the parking lot disrespecting cars and the dumpster is always overflowing onto the floor. This place is a free for all and the property management only care for your money. It is so annoying to follow the rules while everyone else doesn't. Your cries will not be heard.
Maintenance is next. If you file a request, you'll be lucky enough to get it fixed. Depending on how simple it is, and it will be a sorry attempt of a repair. They will try their best to not put in any effort or respect of your unit. Lazy is all I can say. And before I forget, the creek behind the apartments will overflow and flood the units. Happened in December 2022.
So please, save yourself the future headaches and frustration of dealing with such a poor management company. Anything Redwood Property, stay away. I know we all have hard times, but if you can spend a few more on another apartment just do that. If not, just don't sign a yearly contract so you can leave whenever because believe me, you will.
