Great apartment, great location

I've been living at this apartment for the past couple years. Sage has made great improvements - including an electronic fence which has made me feel safer and reduced chance of trespassing (this is the Whiteaker, after all!). The laundry room is serviceable, and the apartments are great. I love the hardwood floors, I love the privacy of being on the second floor, and the dishwasher is a godsend. Some of the appliances are older so I've had to get them replaced (ceiling fan, shower diverter, ...
toilet handle), but the experience I've had with maintenance is ANOTHER reason why this apartment gets 5 stars. Maintenance is always prompt, responding to my requests within 24-48 hours, coming by the apartment within 3 days to solve whatever issue I have. The customer service of Sage is AMAZING, the online tenant portal makes everything easy, and I've had such a great experience living here.

The apartments here are super cute and clean. The landlord is great. There's onsite laundry. You' re a 5-10 minute walk to anywhere downtown or in The Whiteaker neighborhood. We are a bit close to the railroad. But, fortunately, I'm a heavy sleeper.
