July 2, 2025The Leasing Staff is accommodating, location is accessible to basic needs, price did not increase for my renewal and maintenance crew are great. Trash Valet is always on time. I hope they would be able to add gym amenity that would complete the 5 stars.Property Manager Responded

June 10, 2025For the most part, everything went great! There was a small miscommunication about the initial payment amount at the start of the process, but they apologized, and everything was smooth from there. Justin was extremely helpful — always willing to explain things and patiently answered all of my questions, even the dumb ones. The only major issue we encountered was a wasp nest inside the window, but maintenance came out first thing Monday morning and resolved it quickly.Property Manager Responded

May 31, 2025My experience here so far honestly hasn’t been the best, especially with the leasing office. The maintenance has been more than fantastic, but I’m honestly confused on why we pay for pest control and I still have millipedes crawling in from nowhere.Property Manager Responded

I just want to express how much I really adore the staff and how much I value the communication that the staff gives us when it comes to fire inspections anything involving the amenities or anything involving the complex whatsoever. March 10, 2025This is my second lease, I can honestly say my experience has been great. Quiet for the most part, except you can hear anyone’s voice from outside inside your apartment. Other than that I’ve had no issues. Also the property does not have a gym.
