The location is excellent, close to points of interest, shops, and transportation, making it very convenient to get around the city. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the security has always made me feel safe. The customer service staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to quickly resolve any questions or issues. Additionally, the amenities and common areas meet expectations and contribute to a comfortable ...and enjoyable stay. July 9, 2025I’ve been here for a couple months. The staff is nice. Maintenance is on time and work fast. The only reason I did not give five is because there is a small problem with millipedes/centipedes within the apartments. Pest control does come and the staff and team are fast and on top of things getting that issue resolved. The pest issue is very minor I will say.Property Manager Responded

June 10, 2025For the most part, everything went great! There was a small miscommunication about the initial payment amount at the start of the process, but they apologized, and everything was smooth from there. Justin was extremely helpful — always willing to explain things and patiently answered all of my questions, even the dumb ones. The only major issue we encountered was a wasp nest inside the window, but maintenance came out first thing Monday morning and resolved it quickly.Property Manager Responded

May 31, 2025My experience here so far honestly hasn’t been the best, especially with the leasing office. The maintenance has been more than fantastic, but I’m honestly confused on why we pay for pest control and I still have millipedes crawling in from nowhere.Property Manager Responded

I just want to express how much I really adore the staff and how much I value the communication that the staff gives us when it comes to fire inspections anything involving the amenities or anything involving the complex whatsoever.
