I’ve been here for a couple months. The staff is nice. Maintenance is on time and work fast. The only reason I did not give five is because there is a small problem with millipedes/centipedes within the apartments. Pest control does come and the staff and team are fast and on top of things getting that issue resolved. The pest issue is very minor I will say.

The Leasing Staff is accommodating, location is accessible to basic needs, price did not increase for my renewal and maintenance crew are great. Trash Valet is always on time. I hope they would be able to add gym amenity that would complete the 5 stars.

For the most part, everything went great! There was a small miscommunication about the initial payment amount at the start of the process, but they apologized, and everything was smooth from there. Justin was extremely helpful — always willing to explain things and patiently answered all of my questions, even the dumb ones. The only major issue we encountered was a wasp nest inside the window, but maintenance came out first thing Monday morning and resolved it quickly.

My experience here so far honestly hasn’t been the best, especially with the leasing office. The maintenance has been more than fantastic, but I’m honestly confused on why we pay for pest control and I still have millipedes crawling in from nowhere.
