Horrible leasing company that rents to anyone, including disrespectful pot smoking animal neglecting people. Multiple issue with units that are never fixed including mold, faulty electrical outlets and termite damaged wood siding. The appliances need to be updated badly but that will never happen. There is not enough parking spaces and management to refuses to do anything about it. Plus not to mention the constant rent increase. You can find better places just down the road. Horrible management

Less parking spaces then apartments, street parking will get you a ticket. Riverside Management will not repair or provide upkeep / updates. Mandatory yearly rent increases of 20%. Mold issues, flooding issues, broken or outdated apliances. Only move here if your staying for one year and don't plan on using the on site laundry.
