  • Terrible Management

    January 18, 2026
    There are roaches, poor water pressure, the elevator stops working regularly, and the front door gets stuck closed. The parking is only secure half the time bc the gate is always broken and left open and the electric car chargers are spotty, if they’re even working at all. Mgmt ignores complaints, doesn’t answer calls from vendors, and is rude when you follow up on ignored problems. There are also kids that play and scream in the courtyard for hours at a time. I don’t blame the kids, but the ...
    windows don’t shut out any of the sound. There’s also a courthouse and cops right across the street. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet this isn’t it. Also, nothing is level. The doors are crooked in the frames and the floors all sag in the middle. Any tall shelves lean in and should definitely be attached to the walls to be safe.

  • Worst management

    Since 2021 we complain to the property owner or management about a tenant car alarm being off all day all night. It’s been a few years already, and nothing being taken care of. It is affecting our life and all neighbors around. She stop answering our calls and text messages only when she think we are and you tenants who looking to lease shame on you!!!

  • Endless Problems

    Do yourself a favor and DON'T bother with this place. There are so many things wrong with this building. The walls are paper thin (I hear my neighbors close doors and their dog barking). At least once a month something in our apartment breaks and it takes forever for maintenance to address it. The plumbing is terrible and our toilets never work properly. The hot water goes out whenever it wants. There's a code to enter the building and somehow, we still have random people knocking at our doors ...
    attempting to sell us stuff. People vomit in the lobby and it takes over 24 hours to be cleaned. Worse of all, the property management staff is super unprofessional and unhelpful. They don't take your concerns seriously, and even respond with vernacular shorthand (the property manager actually responded "lol" when I reported that someone random attempted to enter my apartment). Seriously, STAY AWAY! You're better off in public housing. I am counting down the days until my lease is over and I can get out of here. I'd give it zero stars if that were an option.

    Overpriced. I would honestly give this building 0 stars if possible. This place is infested with roaches and building manager Amy and Steilien thinks nothing of it. They said they had roaches in their bed and was okay with it. They are both cons and will use their baby to suck you in to rent here. They tried to get us to rent the fridge (for an extra fee!) even though the apt already comes with one! They come into your apartment without letting you know first. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!

  • Bad roach infestation

    I spoted 2 roaches the day after I moved in. I had my apartment sprayed and then realized the severity of the issue. I was left with about 30 dead roaches in my apt after fumigation. I am still seeing roaches. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS ROACH INVESTED PLACE. I repeat do not move into this place unless you want to fumigate your apartment every month, because the management wont throw a tent over the old building and rid the tenants units of ROACHES!!!!! #Lesson learned

    I have been living here for 5mo now and hate it. Looks can be deceiving. The apartments are laid out nice but the whole building has a bug infestation . I can't even cook in my own kitchen I see at least 5 roaches a day. I am not nasty and cannot live this way. One even crawled in my bed!!! Run while you can
