AWFUL ! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!
January 12, 2026This is the worst “ Luxury” building I have ever lived in …… we have not had consistent hot water in months , our toilet constantly breaks. Property management is awful. They are condescending and do not care about their residents at all in any way. We consistently write emails asking for our hot water and appliances to be fixed as well as work orders to be placed and the issue still remains not fixed !!!!!!! I don’t understand how they can treat their residents this way ….Property Manager Responded

August 19, 2025Former tenant (Sept 2023 – July 2025). Move-out was awful: damage fees with no real proof, and even an admitted rent overcharge from late 2024 was never refunded. Most concerning: for something as important as the security deposit, management claimed it was mailed, but never provided us with any tracking, check number, or notification. Staff ignore emails for weeks, make promises they don’t keep, and send meaningless photos instead of proper documentation.Property Manager Responded
