    Former tenant (Sept 2023 – July 2025). Move-out was awful: damage fees with no real proof, and even an admitted rent overcharge from late 2024 was never refunded. Most concerning: for something as important as the security deposit, management claimed it was mailed, but never provided us with any tracking, check number, or notification. Staff ignore emails for weeks, make promises they don’t keep, and send meaningless photos instead of proper documentation.

    Huge rent increases, no community events, amenities not on par with other buildings, surrounding area doesn’t have a ton of culture, building not tenant friendly. Was a good value but with rent increasing by over 50% it’s just not there

    The building has good facilities and the staff are very nice. Caroline of the leasing agent is very responsive for all our requests. Doorman and technician are also very helpful.
