Incredible experience with 65 Bay & Erin Rinkiewics
May 28, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have had an absolutely wonderful experience living at 65 Bay St Apartments. Over the winter, my heater stopped working properly, and I only realized when I saw a large change in my heating bills. When I reported the change and issue to management, they immediately worked hard to replace my heater. Not only did they fix the issue, but Erin Rinkiewics advocated for me with Westminster Management. She made sure that I was more than appropriately compensated for my heating issues. May 23, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in two apartments in this building. My first unit was on the north side of the building on the 33rd floor and it was a 1 bdrm w/ den. I had a nice view of the city. I recently moved to a 2 bdrm unit on a higher floor on the south side of the building and my view of the city is incredible! 5 min walk to Exchange Place or Grove Street PATH and the light rail is just across the street. Onsite parking (not free) is super convenient. Nice gym, nice pool, and a great rooftop lounge. The ...leasing office team is nice, professional and responsive and Candace always has a smile. The doormen are super friendly and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled expeditiously and I have not had an issue that was not fully addressed. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our time there, and I’m genuinely grateful I had the chance to get to know them. March 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comExtremely poorly managed building. Hot water is unreliable, and the water is frequently shut off for repairs with little to no notice. Communication around these shutoffs is terrible and leaves residents scrambling. Elevator repairs often lead to long wait times and one or two elevators being down at the same time. True maintenance emergencies are dismissed, and getting anything fixed requires repeated follow-ups. If you have plumbing problems you’ll be told to use the bathrooms on the amenity ...floor. The suggestion to use amenity floor bathrooms for plumbing issues is certainly not ideal and we apologize for that. January 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThis is the worst “ Luxury” building I have ever lived in …… we have not had consistent hot water in months , our toilet constantly breaks. Property management is awful. They are condescending and do not care about their residents at all in any way. We consistently write emails asking for our hot water and appliances to be fixed as well as work orders to be placed and the issue still remains not fixed !!!!!!! August 19, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comFormer tenant (Sept 2023 – July 2025). Move-out was awful: damage fees with no real proof, and even an admitted rent overcharge from late 2024 was never refunded. Most concerning: for something as important as the security deposit, management claimed it was mailed, but never provided us with any tracking, check number, or notification. Staff ignore emails for weeks, make promises they don’t keep, and send meaningless photos instead of proper documentation.Property Manager Responded
