Dirty, poor management and maintenance. Living in slums

Me and my husband have been living for a year and we had nothing but trouble from screeming neighbors to dirty lobby, broken main doors.
In this short span of 1 year the garage has fallen, our apartment ceiling is leaking, they never clean the lobby. One time it was getting infested with spiders and cobwebs we had to call the maintenance. And today there was poop in the washer. I don’t know what to do anymore. I would not recommend this place to anyone
