took over somebody’s lease, it’s been okay. there’s no option to end contract before, little options over most things but the apartment itself is good. too many extra fees but still a good option for students.

They had me move in when the wall wasn't even painted. The workers left all the painting supplies and cleaning supplies. I had to smell paint and dirty mop water for the entire weekend. this wouldn't have happened if they just had me move in later. certain maintenance request hasn't been solve for almost 2 weeks. They seem to need more staff in general. But this is apartment is very nice compared to the price. Probably one of the best affordable options in this town.
