When we first saw this apartment, we were hesitant because of the smaller living room and the second bedroom would barely fit our futon. Once we moved in, our landlord supported us in creating extra storage in the basement. The apartment had previously been rented to one man for over 20 years. When he moved out, the owner renovated the entire apartment, making it impossible to know there had been a smoker living here for so long. We are very happy with this apartment, and even more so with ...
our landlord. The other tenants in our house are quiet, respectful and clean. I am excited to continue to rent this space until we are able to buy something of our own!
