February 28, 2017I moved from out of state to 700 Woodrow in September 2013 and I love it here! I especially love sitting on the balcony on warm evenings watching the sunset over downtown Columbia. The fixtures are modern and the two bedroom floor plan is perfect for my needs. Other huge pluses and reasons that make 700 Woodrow an excellent choice: the building is clean and safe. The neighborhood is located next to unique boutiques and an array of popular restaurants within walking distance. There is a free ...Starbucks coffee machine in the lounge that is available 24/7. And finally, importantly, the staff and Ms. Meredith, the property manager are very helpful and readily available. The concierge, Meredith, and head of maintenance, Mike, go above and beyond the call of duty to help all of us who reside here. The grounds and common areas are kept in pristine condition. Often there are socials for the residents and their friends, and the coffee machine works 24/7. It is wonderful to be able to walk to the library, post office, restaurants and shops instead of ...searching for a parking space, especially at lunch time in Five Points. Great staff (especially the Property Manager, Meredith) the building is well maintained, any maintenance issues are addressed immediately and the units are updated and clean.
