Trenton Rd Town homes
July 22, 2015I have a family of four, and have lived in my town home for about a year now. For living in Trenton, this is not a bad neighborhood, it is usually quiet. There are lots of children that play here. The town homes have all the basic appliances, and central air. They are all two bedroom, and they are on the smaller side. The water heaters are small, and you can't take a very long hot shower without it going cold. That is a big downer for me. It is a very basic layout, upstairs and downstairs. Rent ...is 560 a month, which I honestly feel is a bit high for these apartments because they are so small inside. The landlord is pretty laid back, he won't harass you if you are a couple days late on rent. You are not allowed to have pets. The Neighbors pretty much stick to themselves. These apartments could really use some carpet updates, they aren't the prettiest of carpets. Over all, these apartments are not bad to live in, but there is definitely room for improvement.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
