    You get what you pay for, the realtor is kind of hard to deal with she’s rude and condescending when you ask why there’s utility charges when you pay your own utilities why are they trying to charge you? She never give you a straight answer so you definitely have to pay attention to the portal to make sure that you’re not being charged things that you should not be. They also do not do pest control here although there is a serious roach and spider infestation within the units. They are pet ...
    friendly. If you’re willing to pay a $500 or more pet fee plus a monthly pet rent on top of your regular rent. The neighborhood is pretty quiet until after dark I had to put cameras up outside because people were messing around by my windows, and they were stealing my stuff that was outside.
