December 3, 2023If you move into these apartments just know you're moving in to the roaches' apartment-they own it. Bugs are TERRIBLE HERE. It says "heat" but these apartments are heated by the building who doesn't care about tenants freezing in winter. Neighbors smoke Marijuana and cigars and smell comes through the thin walls.. SO GLAD I MOVED OUT, I WON'T MISS IT!!!Review from Apartments.com

I love my apartment !!
August 27, 2015I love my apartment ! The view is absolutely amazing and the square footage is beyond reasonable. The closets are like bedrooms and the layout is so stylish. Not only is my apartment amazing ,but the staff are like super heroes . They get things done so quickly , and they even tend to maintenance issues on the spot !!! After a long day at work , I can count on the Michigan Beach Apartments staff to make me laugh and when I finally go to my apartment, I can count on a warm hug of perfection. I have an apartment on the 17th floor; the northern view allows me to see the beach, Lake Michigan, and the skyline of downtown Chicago.
