We love our apartment..it’s very spacious and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Heather is a very good property manager and her crew are always professional, courteous. I would recommend 733 west apartments to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live. Definitely 5 stars!!!!

Between the new resident manager and the new maintenance team, this apartment complex has done a complete 180! The issues i had been dealing with before were fixed immediately by the new maintenance team. Even had them come back later that day to recheck on it. They go over and beyond to make this a beautiful, safe place to live. They do not tolerate any bad things and resolve them as soon as they become aware of them. The updates to the outside communal areas are great. A new playground, a dog ...
park, a pool and a patio area are all available for your convenience. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, safe, more affordable place to live.

This place used to have so many issues with no resolution from the previous manager but since the current property manager has been here (around 3 years now), things have turned around. The place is being taken well care of on the outside and if the inside needs any repairs or replacements, the maintenance is on it quick! Friendly neighborhood with good neighbors.
