The issues i had been dealing with before were fixed immediately by the new maintenance team. Even had them come back later that day to recheck on it. They go over and beyond to make this a beautiful, safe place to live. They do not tolerate any bad things and resolve them as soon as they become aware of them. The updates to the outside communal areas are great. A new playground, a dog ...park, a pool and a patio area are all available for your convenience. The place is being taken well care of on the outside and if the inside needs any repairs or replacements, the maintenance is on it quick! Friendly neighborhood with good neighbors.
