      My apartment is great! I have a one-bedroom on the first floor; the living room, dining area and kitchen are in one big area and it makes the apartment seem very, very large. The bathroom is newly remodeled. It was immaculate when I moved in and the building manager is like the "Jimmy Johns" of managers. There's an online maintenance request system through the property managers and the 2 times I have had to use it, the problem was resolved that day or the next. Each apartment has a locked ...
      storage area in the basement. I'd say it's about 6 x 6. The common areas are maintained immaculately, including the laundry room. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe and the other tenants in this building are quiet, respectful, and friendly. I've just renewed my lease for the 2nd time and I plan on staying a long time. I've been in 2 other apartments that are not exactly set up the same as mine, but I'm sure all the apartments are very nice. Great apartment!
