Lived at 7334 N Ridge Blvd from 2017-2020 and loved it! They have been making major improvements to the building which has been nice to see. Neighbors look out for you, maintenance is friendly, and the property management team is great and responsive (Stella is great). I lived in a studio and it was super spacious and updated. Location is great to! Next to markets, food, gym, and transportation. Would definitely recommend.

New Management Making Real Changes

I have rented in this building for the last 2 years. The negative reviews of the building are the result of negligence on the part of the former owners. I can say without a doubt that Jim and Joe ( the new and current owners) are making real changes in the building for the tenants. They have invested heavily in monthly pest control visits from Platinum Plus. They have also began to modernize and upgrade the building to make it more attractive with plans to make unit locks keyless, install vending machines in common areas, and the package delivery locker to safe guard the packages of tenants. The quality of life in the building is largely dependent on the tenants and Jim has been diligent in reminding tenants to be good neighbors and practice proper garbage disposal and unit cleanliness. It’s kind of like how a GM takes over a poorly run team. They inherit all of the bad press and have to dig themselves out of a hole. Based on the time that Jim has had the building it won’t be long before it’s one of the best and progressive in all of Rogers Park.
