If you only care about how your home looks it’s nice, but everything else sucks. If i could go back i would’ve kept looking for something just as nice under a different management. Imagine having a Lamborghini that looks nice but doesn’t work. That’s this place.

Moved in on dec 1 2018. Love love love my apt. Lots of space. Looks just like it did online. Haven’t seen any bugs,mice or anything like that. Ms Virginia was the best extremely helpful and informative. Parking sucks if u come home to late that’s probably the only negative thing. Neighbors are friendly. Rarely hear any noise. Plan on being here for a while.

Its not that bad I have been here for all the different transitions to new management The thing I miss and wish we had was a pool plenty of parking never had a problem with maintenance sometimes noise but was to be expected it’s an apartment complex close to everything that I need. Rent increase $25. Im scared to leave here because Im not sure if it will be worst. Maintenance always fix anything when I have a problem which is rarely No rodents-accent walls. My apt is nice and cozy

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A APARTMENT THAT'S WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM 7400 ROOSEVELT. THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. SINCE I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE I HAD SEVERAL COMPLAINTS REGARDING MAINTENANCE ISSUES THAT TOOK 6 MONTHS TO COMPLETE. THERE ARE OFTEN HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING INSIDE THE CORRIDOR TO THE APARTMENTS, TRASH INSIDE OF SHOPPING CARTS THAT WAS STOLEN FROM NEARBY TARGET AND SUPERMARKET. AND RECENTLY HAD MY CAR TOWED BECAUSE IT HAD A FLAT TIRE , WITH NO PRIOR WARNING OR ...
JUST A CALL TO SAY IF U DONT FIXED IT YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED. TIRED CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR ADAM WAS JUST AS NONCHALANT AS THE PROPERTY MANAGER NANCY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP LOOKING CAUSE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY OR NEEDS TO SERIOUSLY GET BETTER AT RUNNING A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.....THEIR SAYING IS "COME HOME TO LINDY" BUT THAT'S SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH. Spacious apartments with plenty of closet space at a great location on the Boulevard. Office staff is pleasant, overall. Secure doors and cameras around give the illusion of safety. If you're looking to be close to shopping and public transportation, and don't mind noisy neighbors, urine in the stairwells, and the smell of weed now and then, its worth scheduling a tour. Just be sure to get a subscription with Orkin when you move in!

Pretty good place. great location near mall and transportation. The only complaint I have is too much noise from tenants. Loud music, fights,loud cursing, If you can remove these types of people it would be excellent.
