Questionable Management
July 3, 2018When my s.o. lived in this building, management would make appointments and then fail to keep them and/or show up hours after the agreed upon time. After a string of appointments that were either ignored or postponed, management did show up (2 hours early) WITHOUT knocking first while I was sleeping and my partner was showering for work. After experiencing that level of unprofessionalism, we knew never to ask for mgtm. again, and instead opted to live in an apt. w/ a broken window, non-functional ...bathroom sink, and chunks of paint that would fall off the walls in the middle of the night. Overall, the building is old, the tenants are older, the management has no respect for younger tenants, but worst of all, despite its ideal location... this building is just not worth the overpriced price tag.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
