    I Have enjoyed my first week at 7600. The staff is very helpful, especially the staff in maintaining the over all Complex. The rooms are very clean and maintained. The gym Is almost always maintain to A standard I Have never experienced Everything is as stated. The reason to live here was to have a higher level of service and enjoyment. Well done.

    After a year and a half, my wife and I are extremely happy we found 7600' AND THE COMMUNITY. The community is quiet and have many resteraunt Plus shopping centers for convenience.

    We received the upmost professional and extremely friendly customer service from the staff while our move in transition. The complex is breathtaking, very clean and so calming. We will definitely enjoy our time here!

    The staff is wonderful and made move in a breeze. You can tell that everyone is really happy to live here. There are all sorts of residents in all sorts of different phases of life. I haven’t been able to meet a lot of people yet- but we will get there. HEB is right across the street and there are a couple good happy hour spots that are walking distance too. It’s nice!

    The concierge service is always on top of any situation. Too many guests with no wrist bands to loud parties. Always around but never intrusive.

    Best place to live nice people The units are spacious with modern finishes, and the kitchen appliances are up to date and reliable. Maintenance requests are usually handled within 24–48 hours, which I really appreciate. The leasing office staff is friendly, though communication can be inconsistent at times. The amenities—especially the gym and pool—are a nice bonus, though they can get crowded on weekends. Parking is decent, though guest spots are limited. One downside is the thin walls—you can ...

    A nice place to live with friendly staff and interesting neighbors. The convenience is great and amenities are nice. Recent updates to resident events has been a good change. They do need to work on the common area, outdoor area and fitness room televisions and the fitness on demand offerings. They have not consistently worked for the 18 months we have lived here. It is a known issue they have not invested in to enhance the community

    I wasn’t sure about moving to an apartment. Would there be privacy or noise issues? Would the residents be friendly or aloof? Would the management and staff be attentive or absent? 7600 has met and exceeded my expectations. There have been no privacy or noise issues.
