Disappointed
December 14, 2025Was moved into a unit and not told that it sat near the same line as the garage speed bumps. Everytime anyone ran over them, it shook my apartment. I notified them literally the day after I moved in and was told I had to wait 6 months and pay a $3500 moving fee. I had to go over managements to get moved. As stated before by other residents, if you mess up or make a genuine mistake such as me not noticing my dogs poop one time … you get threatened with a fine immediately and sent pictures like I ...committed a felony. Also tried to have them communicate to my Neighbor about their music being to loud at 2:30am and the response was that they didn’t hear anything. Elevators are always down. Dan and Arnold (concierge) are great btw So is Tabitha and I feel bad she is always having to clean up other managements shortcomings. August 12, 2025I Have enjoyed my first week at 7600. The staff is very helpful, especially the staff in maintaining the over all Complex. The rooms are very clean and maintained. The gym Is almost always maintain to A standard I Have never experienced Everything is as stated. The reason to live here was to have a higher level of service and enjoyment. May 20, 2025The staff is wonderful and made move in a breeze. You can tell that everyone is really happy to live here. There are all sorts of residents in all sorts of different phases of life. I haven’t been able to meet a lot of people yet- but we will get there. HEB is right across the street and there are a couple good happy hour spots that are walking distance too.
