August 12, 2025I Have enjoyed my first week at 7600. The staff is very helpful, especially the staff in maintaining the over all Complex. The rooms are very clean and maintained. The gym Is almost always maintain to A standard I Have never experienced Everything is as stated. The reason to live here was to have a higher level of service and enjoyment. May 20, 2025The staff is wonderful and made move in a breeze. You can tell that everyone is really happy to live here. There are all sorts of residents in all sorts of different phases of life. I haven’t been able to meet a lot of people yet- but we will get there. HEB is right across the street and there are a couple good happy hour spots that are walking distance too. April 4, 2025Best place to live nice people The units are spacious with modern finishes, and the kitchen appliances are up to date and reliable. Maintenance requests are usually handled within 24–48 hours, which I really appreciate. The leasing office staff is friendly, though communication can be inconsistent at times. The amenities—especially the gym and pool—are a nice bonus, though they can get crowded on weekends. Parking is decent, though guest spots are limited. One downside is the thin walls—you can ...hear your neighbors if they’re loud.Property Manager Responded

March 7, 2025A nice place to live with friendly staff and interesting neighbors. The convenience is great and amenities are nice. Recent updates to resident events has been a good change. They do need to work on the common area, outdoor area and fitness room televisions and the fitness on demand offerings. They have not consistently worked for the 18 months we have lived here.
