Horrible maintenance! Bad management!

Horrible maintenance! Bad management! They will start racing your rent after the first year more then normal and if you need any maintenance you will wait forever to be fixed! . Super thin walls and you can hear every single word from the neighbors! Bad heat too! Very cold once the temperatures dropped bellow 30. We been left without any heat even few times due to problems with the radiators. The management follow exactly the minimum requirement for temperatures.

Worst management. Very poor maintenance, every apartment should have one assigned parking but the problem is anybody can park anywhere and there is no management follow up and fix the problem. Lots of time you end up parking at someone else spot because of someone else took your parking ....
Can't wait for my lease to end.
