Not worth it
October 14, 2023Nice but walls are extremely thin, you can hear the neighbor all the way from the end of the hallway outside. You can hear neighbors upstairs from the hallway downstairs. Neighbors upstairs makes super loud noises everyday. Poor and slow communication from the property manager.Review from Apartments.com

Poor Customer Service
March 10, 2023My boyfriend and I scheduled a time to tour these apartments. We were really looking forward to it because of how nice they look. When we got there to view it, we were asked to reschedule. I am extremely frustrated because I had to take a PTO Day and drive over an hour to get to Sheboygan. If this is how they treat their renters and future renters, I wouldn’t want anything to do with them.Review from Apartments.com
Best place to rent from.
September 14, 2021I have rented from many places in Sheboygan but 7 Penn was definitely the best. Recently moved out and honestly if I could go back I would! Everything about this place was amazing from the apartments to the location and management. Definitely recommend. Only issue when I lived there was the walls seemed a bit thin but they were in the process of fixing that when we were moving. Neighbors are super friendly as well. Look elsewhere
April 12, 2021I found living in an Army barracks quieter, you can here your neighbors sleeping through the walls. Small dogs always barking. They create reasons for fining residents for example fifty dollar a day fine if you back in to outside parking. fifty dollars cash to get back into your apartment if you get locked out after hours. one hundred dollars to reserve the community room to watch a football game. Management talked nice to you, but it sure seemed like they didn't care about you. renter bewareProperty Manager Responded
June 4, 2021Thank you for your comments. We are in the process of fixing the walls within the building to correct an issue. Parking spot other than front end parking was discouraged when newly planted trees were damaged when trucks backed into spots. The lock out fee similar to other communities as a way to defray from employees coming in the middle of the night to unlock doors. Accidents do happen we know however. The community room is open to all residents to enjoy. The televisions, kitchen area and lounge in addition to the large deck area with fire pit and grills and sitting areas. If you are having a gathering of more than 20 people we ask that you reserve it or if you are planning a special event. Thank you for your comments and we would be happy to speak with you about your concerns.
