STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE LIVING CONDITIONS AND CONSTANT HOT WATER/PRESSURE PROBLEMS!!! I regret to say that my experience at 7th Flats Apartments has been extremely disappointing. The building has been plagued with constant issues that have significantly impacted the quality of life for everyone in the building.
The constant frustrating problems are related to the water supply and basic upkeep with the building. It's been a consistent NIGHTMARE dealing with maintenance orders never being completed, ...
no water, broken elevators, poor water pressure, and DAYS without hot or any water. These issues are not isolated incidents but rather daily and weekly occurrences left with no solution. The management’s solution to these problems usually involves "emergency" shut-offs that happen daily/weekly. These shut-offs are late, poorly communicated and rarely resolved in a timely manner.
The root of these issues appears to be poor upkeep and a lack of proper maintenance on the building. It feels like upper management are allowing the building to fall apart, and management is either incapable or unwilling to address the fundamental problems. When any tenant tries to reach out for updates, any concession for the astronomical water bills or any solutions, the concerns are met by management with excuses and delays rather than real fixes.
If you are even considering 7th Flats Apartments, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The stress, anxiety, and inconvenience of these ongoing issues are simply not worth it. Ignore the fake 5 star reviews, do your research, and please save yourself the frustration and find a place where the management and owners cares about its tenants and maintaining a livable environment.
