  • Disaster

    July 4, 2024
    I moved in on 6/20 to no central AC. It is now 7/4 and I’m still without central AC. I’ve also heard from other tenants that they have also had Central AC issues. The cabinets were dusty/dirty when I moved in and some remained dirty even after they had someone come in and “clean”. The dryer got through two loads of laundry before faltering which resulted in the dryer making a loud clacking noise. The dryer is going on a week of not fixed. They hadn’t even turned on the water to my refrigerator ...
    for the water filter and ice machine to work, an issue found and fixed by Jay-maintenance. There were screws in my water disposal, another issue found and fixed by Jay. The dishwasher had the suspended sprinkler head fall off, jay was able to put it back into place but have yet to test it. Any touch on the walls of this apt leaves a mark. There were rocks and screws left on my balcony. The absolute worst place I have ever lived.
